



As a Field Marketing Manager you are responsible for driving demand through field programs to meet or exceed revenue goals for the region’s sales teams.
You will develop and drive targeted marketing programs to generate awareness, quality pipeline, move prospects through the sales cycle and help to build a customer relationship.
This position supports the European sales team. You will collaborate closely with SHOWA’s sales, sales development, and the marketing team to plan and execute. This field-based position requires some experience across verticals, as well as tradeshows planning and execution.
In addition, you must successfully collaborate with a variety of individuals and teams as well as manage numerous projects simultaneously, in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is a highly organised self-starter with a natural curiosity to learn and explore.

Research, plan and maintain the SHOWA online calendar of events including 3rd party industry conferences, SHOWA-driven virtual and physical event series, and regional hospitality field events.
